  • Layered skirt with a stiff white underskirt, blue polyester fabric mid layer and a blue tulle net overlay.
  • Gold sequin trimming is stitched along the front of the skirt hemline.
  • Gold and silver metallic felt wrist cuffs with velcro tab openings and gold sequin trim edging.
  • Cuffs have brown stretch fabric fingerless gloves attachments for ease of wear.
  • Metallic gold felt belt has a yellow fabric back band with an adjustable velcro tab closure.
