  • Womens high quality red petticoat has a super stretchy elasticated waistband to accommodate sizing.
  • There is a wide red non-stretch satin polyester band along the top of the petticoat.
  • The petticoat has a red non-stretch satin underskirt with 2 tiers of tulle that have additional ruffled tulle along the bottom.
  • To create the fluffy effect, the petticoat has an additional layer of tiered red tulle over the base layer.
  • Due to the adequate stretch in the waistband, this petticoat is quite versatile for size but would best suit a waist measurement range of 62-82cm.
  • One size fits most adults.

This petticoat is a quality item. It was slightly longer than I wanted and I did end up returning it. Even then I was tempted to keep it as it was so beautifully made.

Perfect for size 16 and up. At a pinch you could use it for smaller sizes like 12 and 14, but it will be a tad bulky. The bottom frill is reminiscent of chicken feathers, but not badly so. Cute. It doesn't puff like a taffeta tutu, but has some flounce.

Perfect length, high quality

This is exactly what I was looking for. Ask the other petticoats online were too long, for 50s style dresses. This one is the right length for me because I'm 5'3 (163cm) and wanted it for under an above-the-knee dress. It also works with longer dresses on me because you can just pull it down.

It's soft and fluffy, very full and comfortable. I'm very happy with it, thank you.
