Once your parcel arrived in the UK it was transferred to your local parcel force delivery system and can be tracked further on their website as the consignment number is converted to suit their system. I have had a look at these tracking details for you, and it states that your parcel is being held at the delivery depot for customs charges to be paid. As outlined in our international shipping policy, unfortunately this is something beyond our control and is completely dependant on each individual countries processes.
