Description:
- Costume tutu is made from blue mesh with a blue polyester underskirt and silver elastic waistband.
- Blue sparkly fairy wings are made with white plastic coated wire and blue stocking material.
- Wings feature blue glitter details, including star and moon shapes and a blue bow in the centre.
- For easy wear, the wings have two white elastic shoulder straps.
- Headband is made of plastic covered with blue satin fabric and a blue glittery tiara on top.
- On either side of the tiara headband is a blue satin bow with a silver gemstone in the centre.
- Will fit a waist measurement up to about 50cm.
- Tutu measures approximately 27cm long.
