Bubble Balloon Tips:

• Bubble balloons are great to fill with decorative items or wrap string/LED lights around.
  
• Made from a semi-stretch pvc plastic- do not overfill.
  
• Balloon should be heavily stretched prior to filling to avoid overfill and popping.
  
• Can be filled with air, however best filled with helium if wanting to float.
  
• If using the lights, we recommend have the string at table length as the battery box can weigh the balloon down.
• Requires AA batteries.
