Costume Description:

  • Womens evil clown costume dress is made from printed white and spotted stretch fabric, with a creepy clown design in each dot, with a wet-look front panel and red edging.
  • Dress features attached tulle sleeves with elastic shoulders, and red and black pom poms attached to the front of the dress.
  • Wicked clown outfit includes a tulle and mesh petticoat with a red and white fabric trim.
  • Clown outfit comes with a small hat made from foam and printed clown dot fabric, with tulle trim and a red pom pom, that attaches using clips or a string from two elastic loops.
  • Halloween costume is complete with a red and white printed collar with black tulle trim, and red mottled printed socks, made from stretch fabric.
