Womens dress has a reflective yellow strip across the front covered in fake blood smears. Matching reflective strips are also on the sleeve cuffs.
Dress has a painted latex fake scar wound just below the middle strip.
Costume features a fake latex flesh wound with an attached fake axe at the back!
