This neon red fabric paint, made in the UK, glows under a black light and is perfect to make you glow from every angle! Enhance your fancy dress costume or your normal clothing with this UV reactive red paint. Watch your costume glow and shine uniquely once decorated with this easy to use cream fabric paint!! To use this neon red fabric paint, simply paint your desired design onto your fancy dress outfit, leave to dry for 24 hours and then iron the reverse side for a permanent maximized UV glow effect.
