It says it comes with fitting powder and activator but I purchased 2 pairs today and neither of them came with powder or activator it only came with adhesive strips that are supposed to be water activated but it's doesn't work :(

We are incredibly sorry that our product listing didn't reflect the product that you purchased, this certainly isn't what we like to hear!

After some investigation we believe that our supplier has updated the adhesive in the fangs without notifying us and for this we are very sorry.

We have now made the changes to the listing so that it includes the correct product information.

We've also gone ahead and issued you a refund for the fangs, and you should see the reversal in your transaction history once it clears!
