The dress has an attached padded collar and attached faux sweater.

Red stretch fabric leggings with elastic waist band.

Penelope Pitstop
I'm a regular size 12 but the Medium costume was too small in the top so I had to send it back. I now have a large and it fits a lot better and is comfortable. Great outfit

Wonderful costume and service.
Everything was excellent. Costume great though size was smaller than I thought.
I am regular size 10 so got small (8-10 on website) and the top was too small.
Returned for medium which fit lovely and turn around for re-order and return was very quick.
