  • Wanda dress is made from a red and white striped stretch fabric with long sleeves, a velcro tab closure at the back of the neck, and a blue stretch fabric skirt. 
  • Womens costume features a pair of red and white striped thigh-high tights. 
  • Costume is complete with a red and white stretch fabric hat with red pom pom, and a pair of black plastic round glasses frames with no lenses.
