Description:
  • Womens black and white non stretch polyester off the shoulder slip on dress has long bell style sleeves with jagged hems.
  • Elastic ruffled neckline with concealed plastic loops at the front and back to attach shoulder straps.
  • Included clear plastic bra style straps are adjustable and attach to the dress with metal hook clasps.
  • Bodice has an black stretch polyester under-bust for a comfortable fit.
  • The pirate costume dress waistband is elasticated at the back for size flexibility.
  • Attached black and white striped skirt has a ruffled black hemline.
  • Stiffened black fabric underskirt is attached to give the dress skirt a fuller figure.
  • Thigh high black and white stockings have elasticated black lace garter attachments at the front that hook onto the inner waistband of the dress.
  • Non stretch red polyester waist belt has black faux leather band and a silver metal belt buckle.
  • The belt has an adjustable velcro closure at the back for ease of wear.
  • Red stretch polyester sash and headband have jagged ends and can be tied onto the belt and around the wearer's head.
