We're no villain, but you can look like one in this Cruella de Vil outfit. If she doesn't scare you, no evil thing will! Costume Details:

Womens stretch velvet midi length dress with a black zip closure down the front and elbow length sleeves.
Dress has panels of plain black velvet fabric and white with black spotted velvet fabric and features a large padded foam collar with fluffy black faux fur.
The bottom of the dress has sheer black mesh ruffle trim and on the back is a slit in the middle with black satin bow details.
To complete the costume is a red vinyl look belt with velcro closure and mini white foam bone with black diamantes and black cord to hang over your shoulder.
