  • Costume tutu is made from a mixture of pink parachute material, pink mesh and black lace fabrics.
  • The under layer is pink parachute material to provide maximum coverage.
  • Second and third layers are made from pink mesh fabric to add structure.
  • Final top layer is soft black floral lace.
  • Tutu skirt has a black satin elastic waistband to allow for sizing flexiblity.
  • A small black ribbon bow is positioned in the centre of the waistband.
