Description:

Costume tutu is made from a mixture of pink parachute material, pink mesh and black lace fabrics.
The under layer is pink parachute material to provide maximum coverage.
Second and third layers are made from pink mesh fabric to add structure.
Final top layer is soft black floral lace.
Tutu skirt has a black satin elastic waistband to allow for sizing flexiblity.
A small black ribbon bow is positioned in the centre of the waistband.
