Costume Description:

Slip on black and purple stretch fabric dress has a velcro tab closure at the back of the neck.
Sleeves are double layered with long black netted sleeves and short purple mesh puff sleeves overlay with a black wet look fabric armband.
Purple velveteen bodice has a black wet look cupped bust with black lace details and a high neck collar with an open chest feature.
The centre of the bodice has criss cross black ribbons with gold trim edges and an attached black waist belt with silver eyelet details.
Black non-stretch satin polyester skirt has a black net overlay with a jagged hem.
A purple net skirt layer is attached to the front of the dress with gold trim edges.
Skirt has an attached black petticoat underneath with a ruffled purple net hemline that pokes out the bottom.
Black felt fabric witch hat has a wired brim edge with a layer of black netting over the top that fans loosely over the brim.
