Short Black Plus Size Womens 1920s Flapper Dress

Description:

  • Flapper dress is made from semi-stretch black fabric with black elastic adjustable shoulder straps.
  • On the side of the dress is a zip closure.
  • Costume dress features a straight necklace that is elastic for some size flexibility.
  • Around the entire dress are nine rows of lopped fringing.
  • This flapper costume comes complete with a black sequinned headband with an attached feather.
