Description:

• Peplum style costume top is made from a stretchy black and purple pinstripe fabric.
  
• The waist of the top is padded with foam for a structured look and has three function buttons.
  
• Attach at each side of the waist is some fabric that ties around the back of the top to cinch in the waist.
  
• Top has long sleeves that have white foam-backed cuffs with a button on each.
  
• Skirt is made from black stretch fabric with an elastic waistband and a slit on the side.
  
• Costume is complete with a foam-backed white collar with a black and purple pinstripe bow attached to the front.
  
• The collar has a velcro closure at the back to secure it around the neck.
