  • The flapper costume for women is made from burgundy velveteen with matching straps and elastic around the bust line and back hem for size flexibility.
  • The front of the dress has layers of open end fringing, the back of the dress is plain burgundy velveteen.
  • To top it all this flapper dress comes with a matching burgundy velveteen headband with velcro closure plus a black feather which can be attached.

      A Bit small

      Dress looks quite nice but it's too small. I wear a 22 or 24 off the rack but this is too tight. I will need to put a piece in the back.
