Printed across the bust is the word "CHEERS” with a star underneath in pink and black font.
The centre of the bust and the hem of the skirt feature white ribbon trimming.
Waist is elasticated for size flexibility.
Included pom-poms are made from purple tinsel with white plastic handles.
