Costume Description:

Black stretch fabric full length dress in a strapless style, it has loops so you can attach the included clear straps
Dress has a sweetheart style neckline and is fitted in the bodice with a mermaid like flare at the bottom
The bottom of the dress has a black lining underlay with an overlay of black glitter tulle
A separate white faux fur shrug is included that has black spots and velcro tab closure
Red elbow length stretch fabric gloves are included to complete the costume
