Description:

Dress has long flared sleeves and a frilly square neckline.
The waist also features a sewn-on belt at the front made from the black wet-look material.
The back of the waist is elastic to allow some sizing flexibility.
Skirt section of the dress is plain black fabric with a green centre panel.
Costume is complete with a black fabric witch hat with a green hat band.
