  • Back of the dress has an elastic upper band and waistband for size flexibility.
  • The short dress skirt is a flared style and features the metallic rainbow paisley print all over the front and back.
  • Hippie costume includes a set of two blue organza ruffle arm cuffs with elasticized armbands.
  • Included is a matching metallic rainbow headband that ties up.
