Description:

Classic 80's sleeveless dress is made with black stretch polyester fabric with elastic waistband and features a pink and blue tulle tutu skirt with lace overlay.
Cropped neon pink fishnet top with elastic neckline to allow for movement off the shoulder.
Black bike short leggings with elastic waistband to give sizing flexibility.
Completing the costume is a classic 80's green fabric belt with embellished belt buckle and blue leopard print backing.
