  • Classic 80's sleeveless dress is made with black stretch polyester fabric with elastic waistband and features a pink and blue tulle tutu skirt with lace overlay.
  • Cropped neon pink fishnet top with elastic neckline to allow for movement off the shoulder.
  • Black bike short leggings with elastic waistband to give sizing flexibility.
  • Completing the costume is a classic 80's green fabric belt with embellished belt buckle and blue leopard print backing.
