Description:

Womens costume dress is made from a thick black stretch polyester fabric.
The dress features a faux button front with white pearlescent buttons, and structured stitching through the bodice and skirt.
Dress has classic leg of mutton style sleeves with inbuilt shoulder caps.
Front of the dress has a black semi-sheer mesh insert with a classic white peter pan style collar.
Long sleeves feature white lace ruffle cuffs.
Dress fastens at the back of the neck with a loop tie and has a black ribbon waist tie attached to the sides to fasten at the back.
