Costume Description:

This costume is made from semi stretch satin fabric with an elastic waist and is a slip over style.
The white satin neck collar can stand up or be folded down.
There are black mesh puff sleeves with red and gold satin detailing.
White satin panel down the front has 3 red hearts down the centre with gold detail edging.
There is a peplum style layer attached to the dress with a red and black paneled skit.
The black panels have a gold lace overlay. Costume also includes a small attached petticoat for extra flair.
To finish your evil queen costume, you also have a gold crown with velcro closure that features 3 red hearts on the tips.
