Same day delivery is available for customers in Adelaide within a 50km radius of the CBD. Deliveries are available 5 days a week to residential or business addresses. (No PO Boxes)

1. Confirm with yourself that your delivery is indeed going somewhere within 50km’s of Adelaide CBD!
2. Give our customer service team a call on 8258 5141 to place your order over the phone.
3. Our customer service team will give you a quote for your order and delivery charges, then proceed with finalising your order.
4. Phone payments can be made with VISA or Mastercard.
5. That’s it! We’ll sort out the rest and you’ll have your order within the day!

The Fine Print…

1. Same day delivery orders must be placed over the phone by calling 8258 5141.
2. For same day delivery your order must be placed before 2pm Monday to Friday.
3. Delivery charges are calculated according to the travelling distance from our warehouse to your location.
4. Delivery of your order will occur within a few hours.
5. Deliveries must be made to residential or business addresses. (No PO Boxes)
6. Charges for same day delivery service is not associated with any free shipping promotions.

*Please note - Same day delivery is not guaranteed for all orders. 90% of same day delivery requests are executed without a hitch however, deliveries are dependant on availability of APD Courier drivers. If we encounter any issues with an order requesting same day delivery, we will contact you within 90mins, giving you time to make alternate 'shipping' or 'click n collect' changes to your order.

Due to the extended distances of travel required from our Salisbury Plain warehouse to Southern Adelaide locations, the availability of drivers who will accept these deliveries can be limited and same day delivery may not be possible. Once again, in these instances, you will be informed as soon as is practically possible if this is the case.
