Who is a pretty boy? You will be with this feathered parrot that sits on your shoulder. This is a unique finishing touch to your pirate fancy dress costume.

  • Parrot is made out of colourful fake feathers.
  • This parrot has two elastic bands that go over your shoulder to keep toy in place.

I had previously ordered a pirate's shoulder parrot from Halloween Services in the USA. The parrot never arrived and when I made queries I was given a fake US Postal Tracking Code. They gave me another one and that didn't work either.

Then I reordered with Heaven Costumers. Immediately my order was placed I was sent a receipt with dispatch details and daily Australian Post tracking updates.

The parrot arrived just a few minutes ago, less than a week all the way from Australia to rural Thailand.

Please use Heaven Costumes and give the unprofessional American company a big miss.

Pirate Parrot

The parrot arrive promptly and well packaged thanks. It is super looking and loads of fun has been had with it. We have had some trouble making it sit ion the shoulder and have had to bend the toes ( and broke off a toe) to form a flatter surface.
