Costume Description:

Clown costume is made from stretch polyester fabric with Velcro closure down the back and white a grey cuffed wrists.
Halloween costume has a dirty style look with red pom poms down the front and grey tattered sleeves.
Costume also includes a clown ruffle neck collar with red satin edging.
