Get ready for a special 18th birthday party with this gorgeous black and gold balloon weight. Made from cellophane and tinsel, this shining balloon weight is the perfect table centrepiece for an 18th black and gold themed event. Simple but stunning, it can be used to tie balloons or simply as a pretty accent piece. 

Description:

  • Small balloon weight covered with black cellophane, wrapped with black string to keep secure.
  • Balloon weight features black and gold strips of tinsel sprouting outwards from the centre.
  • Attached to the centre of the base is a looped sparkling gold pipe cleaner to tie balloons to.
  • Secured into the centre is a glittery gold stem with the number 18 attached to the top.
  • Stands at approximately 37cm tall.
  • Weighs approximately 185g.
