Description:

  • This costume hat is made from reinforced felt fabric and the outer side is lined with gauze.
  • Attached to the top of the hat is a hand painted latex eyeball that hangs to one side.
  • Around the base of the eyeball attachment, the gauze is painted bright red to simulate blood.
  • This costume hat is much like a skullcap and has a circumference of 58cm.
