Costume Description:

Womens Dorothy non-stretch fabric dress with short puff sleeves, zip back closure and velcro overall closure.
Dorothy dress has a white undershirt with attached blue gingham overall dress overlay.
Adult's dress has blue gingham bows and white lace trim on the sleeves and white faux buttons on the overalls.
Dorothy dress has attached white lace trim petticoat and elastic along the neckline and on the overall straps.
Costume is complete with a white lace trim apron with blue gingham tie up.
