Costume Description:

Float along the dance floor when you wear this 1920s dress in black that is made from stretch fabric with stretch elastic shoulder straps that are adjustable and side zip closure.
This flapper dress features a straight neckline with elastic for size flexibility and 9 rows of looped fringing on the dress, that is for extra shimmy!
This costume comes complete with a sequined black headband with attached feather.
