Description:

Womens 100% polyester Mademoiselle dress has a stretch red and white striped long sleeve bodice.
Bodice has a scooped neckline with white piping details.
The dress waist is completely elasticated to create a ruffled skirt effect.
High quality blue non-stretch skirt has light blue French themed print along the lower skirt front.
A white petticoat is attached underneath the skirt with white and silver glitter tulle ruffled along the full length of the hemline.
Back of the dress bodice has a velcro fasten at the nape to make slipping the dress on, easier.
Waist belt has a stretchy black sequin front and plain black ties attached to the sides.
Included white organza neck scarf has pink polka dot details and silver overlocked edges.
To finish, the sparkly black foam beret costume hat has metallic black micro dots all over and an elasticated opening.
