Description:

Dorothy costume dress features a non-stretch blue gingham pinafore dress with an attached white fake undershirt.
Dress has a high neck and short puff sleeves with a red ribbon bow trim.
This girl's costume has a zipper at the back as well as an elastic waistband at the back.
Fake suspender strap have a button sewn to each at the front of dress.
Skirt section of the dress features a red ribbon trim and white lace trim along the hemline.
On one side of the skirt is a small print of a rainbow and a cloud.
