Costume Description:

White stretch knit tie up halter-neck dress with plunging neckline.
The dress is long with splits up each side and an additional drape panel at the front.
Two metallic gold bands with orange and blue faux gems and rainbow tinsel decorate the front of the dress.
One pair of metallic gold wrist cuffs with blue ribbon tie ups.
One plain metallic gold arm band with velcro closure.
One blue, white and metallic gold plaited headband with elastic.
White mesh cape - the halterneck straps feed through the top of the cape and all tie up together behind the neck.
