Adult's costume cape is made with non-stretch navy blue polyester material.
The long line costume cape has a velcro tab closure on the neckline.
Attached to one shoulder is a red fabric drape with yellow ribbon trim.
Both shoulders feature gold metallic trim details and a decorative rope hangs in the centre.
