Description:

Mens black non-stretch polyester shirt has short sleeves with blue arm cuffs and a rounded neckline.
The shirt has a mock button up front with gold buttons and a detachable red sailor style collar with black ribbon details.
Costume includes two padded flesh coloured muscle arms that have elastic wrist cuffs and a black anchor printed onto each arm.
Non-stretch blue polyester pants are also included with an elasticated waistband to accommodate size flexibility.
An adjustable yellow fabric belt is included with a gold buckle at the front.
To complete the look, this men's costume comes with a white fabric gob style costume hat.
This is an officially licensed Popeye costume.
