Metallic Black Tassel Garland

Description:
- Pack of 9 metallic black foil tassels.
- Each tassel piece measures 70cm long (then folded in half to 35cm).
- Tassel pieces are 12cm wide.
- Includes a 2m long piece of string.
How to create the pictured garland:
- Fold each piece in half lengthways twice.
- Fold the piece in half over the string and staple or tape together.
- Tie string around the folded-over tassel piece to secure it in place.
