Dorothy costume includes a white attached stretch fabric faux-shirt with puffed sleeves and a gathered collar, with an attached apron with printed black dog image, and white buttons up the front of the dress.
Blue dress has an elastic waistband for size flexibility and is finished with a white lace trim.
Costume is complete with a blue and white gingham bow attached to a white plastic headband.
