• Costume dress is made from black see-through stretchy mesh polyester.
  
• The sleeveless dress has black ruffle details along the v-shaped neckline and outer trim.
  
• For sizing flexibility, there is an elastic back waistband.
  
• Base of the dress has a tulip style skirt that crosses over at the front.
  
• White non-stretch apron has ruffled trim, straps that sit over the shoulder and a back waist tie.
