  • Dress bodice front is non-stretch purple satin fabric with a panel of glittery tulle in the centre that is edged with silver trim.
  • There is a metallic gold starfish appliqué attached to the centre of the neckline for a decorative touch.
  • This toddler costume has a sparkly blue mermaid style skirt with a layered tulle 'tail' adorned with silver glitter motif.
  • The skirt has a matching glittery tulle peplum attached along the front of the waistline to finish.
  • Back of the dress is plain stretch fabric with an elasticated upper back to create more fitted look.
