Womens blue non-stretch velvet top with stretch fabric and zip closure on the back as well as stretch elastic.
Victorian top has long sleeves as well as puffy peplum style sections on either side.
Deluxe outfit includes a long blue satin skirt with elastic waistband and puffy blue velvet bustle on the back.
Costume is complete with a blue velvet padded foam hat with flowers on the front.
