Description:

Ankle length white polyester crinoline petticoat that tapers wider at the base.
Petticoat consists of 3 adjustable metal hoops to create a full figure skirt.
Elasticated waistband accommodates for stretch and there is a draw string for extra size flexibility.
The waistband also has an open slip velcro closure for ease of wear.
Attached to the upper layer of the underskirt is white tulle that add additional shape.
The hem of the tulle overskirt has decorative lace for a finishing touch.
