Description:

Full length white polyester crinoline petticoat that tapers wider at the base.
Petticoat consists of 6 adjustable metal hoops to create a full figure skirt.
Elasticated waistband accommodates for stretch and there is a draw string for extra size flexibility.
The waistband also has an open slip velcro closure for ease of wear.
One size, please refer to the provided size chart for measurements.
