The under layer is black parachute material to provide maximum coverage.
Second and third layers are made from black mesh fabric to add structure.
Final top layer is soft black floral lace.
Tutu skirt has an elastic waistband to allow for sizing flexiblity.
A small black ribbon bow is positioned in the centre of the waistband.
