  • Womens long navy blue stretch polyester fabric midi dress with a zip closure on the side
  • Dress has a slight V neckline with an attached white sailor style collar on the front and back with blue ribbon trim
  • It features a large red satin bow at the neckline and 2 pockets on the skirt with white trim, white sequin anchors and red bows
  • The skirt of the dress has white ribbon trim along the bottom and red mesh ruffle trim along the hem
  • The costume is complete with a white sailor style gob hat
