Description:

Womens blue and white gingham print dress is made from a non-stretch polyester fabric.
Costume is a pinafore style dress with attached mock undershirt with puff sleeves.
Dress has a high neck with a zip down the back and an elasticated waist for size flexibility.
Skirt section of dress features a white lace trim along the hem.
Underneath the skirt is a short petticoat made from a single layer of stiff polyester fabric to give the skirt a slight bit of flare.
Costume also comes included with two pieces of blue ribbon to use as hair bows.
This is an officially licensed Wizard of Oz costume.
