Costume Description:

Womens dress made from a red stretch velvet on the front of the bodice and plain red stretch fabric on the back
The dress has short white puff sleeves with a floral lace overlay and the same lace trim along the bust-line
The neck-line has a ruffle blue satin trim and the middle of the bodice has black braid with a satin ribbon tie up
The skirt of the dress is made from a satin fabric with red and white checkered pattern and a stiffened white petticoat under layer
The costume includes a separate blue satin apron with red satin ties
