Poor delivery
It is not stated in the shipping section that orders have to be placed by their dispatch time even for guarantteed next day delivery. Very confusing and misleading.

To clear up any confusion, I have linked where the shipping page states that any orders placed before 4pm Adelaide time are shipped on the same day regardless of shipping method chosen - https://www.heavencostumes.com.au/express-shipping#:~:text=All%20orders%20placed%20by%204pm%20(ACST%20Adelaide%20time)%20on%20any%20business%20day%2C%20are%20dispatched%20on%20the%20same%20day%2C%20regardless%20of%20the%20shipping%20method%20chosen. - we do also have this information in the shipping banner of that page. Unfortunately we do not have any warehouse team packing orders at 9pm as well as the delivery service will not pick up any parcels that late at night. Very happy
My daughter was thrilled with this costume. It fit well, looks great, washes well. Better quality than expected, especially for such a reasonable price. It will be worn out from ongoing use rather than any other problem I expect.
