- Standard clear finish with translucent base and high shine.

Bubble Balloon Tips:
- Bubble balloons are great to fill with decorative items or wrap string/LED lights around.
- Made from a semi-stretch pvc plastic- do not overfill.
- Balloon should be heavily stretched prior to filling to avoid overfill and popping.
- Can be filled with air, however best filled with helium if wanting to float.
- If using the lights, we recommend have the string at table length as the battery box can weigh the balloon down.
